How will I get my tracking information?
All tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail and/or SMS. The update will include the ship date, UPS or USPS tracking number, the method of shipment and your purchase order number.
If you are waiting for an order and have not received the tracking number within four business days, please send us a message through the chat tab, submit a ticket or text us at 415-702-HOPE (415-702-4673). We do our best to respond quickly and at a minimum, within 24 hours, 7 days week.
