            What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?

            Question: If an order is placed against an item that is out of stock, is the order held until all items are available, or is my order shipped without the out of stock item?

            Answer: Your order will be shipped without the item as we do NOT accept backorders.

            Example:
            If you order 2 of items of SKU# A123456 and we only have 1 in stock, we will ship the 1 we have.

            If you order 2 items of SKU# A123456 and we have none in stock, we will ship the REST of our order and just not include any of item A123456.
            Please note we update our stock quantities daily however if there is a high demand one day for a particular product, it is possible that is out of stock by the end of the day. If you happen to purchase an out of stock item and we can not fulfill it quickly, you will be refunded in full for that item.
